Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted products we pop and fill orders as they are received. Bagged popcorn has about a two week optimal shelf life, for holiday orders please take this into consideration. By reducing exposure to light, moisture, and oxygen our gift tins greatly extend product shelf-life by a month or more. To ensure maximum enjoyment, with either packaging type, it is best to specify a mid-December shipping date for orders to be opened at Christmas.
To order now and defer shipping to a later date, please let us know when you would like your order to ship. If no shipping date is specified, we will process and ship your order immediately. Most orders will ship within two business days, unless a later shipping date is specified in the message box at checkout. Typically orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days after shipment. Please refer to the map below for estimated time in transit via FedEx ground service.
Below are time-in-transit estimates for FedEx Home Delivery/Ground service from our Oregon kitchen. These estimates are not inclusive of processing time.
For the holiday season we are popping and filling orders Monday-Friday. Please plan accordingly to ensure a timely delivery of gifts. For delivery within the continental US, the order deadline to ensure delivery via ground service by December 25 is Saturday, December 17.
Please note, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit times stated as only an estimate. Please keep in mind that legal holidays, inclement weather, natural disasters, and unexpected circumstances could delay order processing. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
To ensure delivery, a current and correct physical address is required. Incorrect or insufficient information may result in additional charges and delays.
Occasionally damage may occur during shipping. Upon receipt please check your packages for any signs of shipping damage prior to opening, note any damage, and snap a photo to document any damage. If there is obvious damage, please call the shipping company (FedEx at 1-800-463-3339) as soon as possible to submit a damage report.
